We offer a fantastic "size sample" service, where you can try items on before you buy them.

Although we ask for a deposit on each of the size samples before dispatching them, the full value including the delivery charge is refunded, once the items are sent back to our Freepost address [we even provide the pre-paid envelope], for your first size sample order.

In other words it is a totally free service, as long as you send the items back to us, in the same condition as they were sent to you.

We require that the samples are returned within 28 days, unless we give explicit written permission for you to keep hold of them for longer. Samples returned after this time without written agreement will not be refunded.

Subsequent size sample orders will be subject to a non-refundable £19.99 charge, so we highly recommend ordering all necessary size samples in one go!
