Returns Policy


Please download and complete our 'returns form' when returning any item to us. Failure to enclose this form may prevent us from processing your return or exchange.

Please check that your item qualifies for an exchange or refund before returning it to us


Custom made or personalised items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.


In the unlikely event of a faulty item, we can either exchange the product for you or we can refund the total amount of the transaction after receiving the faulty item as proof. No items will be exchanged or refunded under any circumstance until we have received the faulty item.


We offer an exchange service within the UK. To cover our postage and packaging costs, we charge £3.50 for the first item and £0.50 for each additional item. We will not exchange the product under any circumstance if the £3.50 charge for the first item and £0.50 for each additional item is not paid (unless the item is faulty).


Unwanted items must be returned with all packaging complete, including tags and outer packaging. If the returned item is not in re-sellable condition, it will not be accepted for exchange unless faulty.


We can only refund in the method that you paid for your order; e.g. if you pay using Credit Card, we cannot refund you by Cash.


Buying the wrong size of an item does not qualify you for a refund. You can however, subject to availability, exchange your item for a different size (subject to availability), unless your item is custom made or personalised.


You have 28 days from receiving your order to state that there is a fault with your item.



We will not accept custom made or personalised items for exchange, in the event of ordering the wrong size. If your item qualifies for an exchange or refund please send the item to the address below, accompanied with our returns form stating:

  • That there is a problem with the product(s) you have purchased and what the problem is (e.g. faulty item, wrong size);
  • Your order ID (if you cannot remember or find your order ID please contact us);
  • You would like to exchange your product(s) for a different size (of the same product) and would like Zapkam to send the new product to your address. Please remember to clearly state the different size required and your return address on our returns form;
  • Please include the £3.50 postage and packaging charge for the first item and £0.50 for each additional item (this applies for exchanges within the UK only).

Please note: We will not exchange the product if the £3.50 P+P charge for the first item, £0.50 for each additional item is not paid, in any circumstances, unless the item is faulty.

If you would like to visit us, please always call ahead and set an appointment to avoid a wasted journey. Although we have a showroom area, our staff are often out at appointments visiting our customers, so someone may not always be available.
