Unlike the majority of custom made manufacturers, we offer no minimum re-order on repeat orders and no minimum order for club shop orders.

However, in order to be commercially sustainable, as advertised online, we do have a minimum first time order on custom made items of 15 items, per design – due to setup charges of logos.

As your order does not meet the advertised first time minimum order quantity, we will need to refund your payment and cancel the order.

This may be wavered for custom sample orders at our discretion.

If it is a custom sample order please contact us. If we do not hear from you within 2 working days, we will issue a refund.

Refunds typically take 3-5 working days from this point to reach your bank account.
