Where the items you have ordered are custom made, they cannot be exchanged or refunded if the items do not fit, so it is important to get the sizing right at this stage. As you are a first time customer, it is company policy that you try some items on for size to ensure that you are ordering the correct size, before we start production of your order. We offer a fantastic "size sample" service, where you can try items on before you buy them. Although we ask for a deposit on each of the size samples before dispatching them, the full value including the delivery charge is refunded, once the items are sent back to our Freepost address [we even provide the pre-paid envelope]. In other words it is a totally free service, as long as you send the items back to us, in the same condition as they were sent to you. We require that the samples are returned within 28 days, unless we give explicit written permission for you to keep hold of them for longer.
