Orders which have been paid for and approved cannot be amended, without charge - so please do not approve your order until you have carefully checked it!
You can approve the specifications on our order sheet, by logging into your account and clicking 'Approve Order' on the first popup you see. If you are already logged in, please log out and log back in again to see this popup. Don’t worry you will get a chance to view your order before approving it!

Orders will not be put into production until they have been paid for and approved. Failure to pay for or approve an order will result in your order being delayed.

Our average lead time until dispatch is 4.5 weeks for orders containing custom made items, from the date that an order is paid for in full and both the specifications on our order sheet and the artwork of any new logos have been approved. However, this lead time can vary during peak periods in July, August and pre-Christmas.
