Further to our telephone conversation, so that we can raise an order for you, please send us the following information:

1) Your full contact details, i.e. first name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, full billing address and full delivery address.

2) Which age group you are ordering for, for example, Under 10's or Open Age (Adults).

3) A list of the items required, clearly stating the design ID or club shop product name.

Please note that unless you specify otherwise, we will manufacture your items as per the design ID provided.

If you need a specific colour scheme and are unsure whether you have selected it correctly on the kit designer, we recommend that you list the correct colour scheme here.

4) Whether you require a specific type of material for the product, e.g. a polo shirt has 3 different material options.

Be sure to specify the material type and weight, e.g. Polyester Coolmax 140gsm.

5) Artwork for the club logo(s) and/or sponsor logo(s) required, in the format outlined on our How to Send Your Artwork page (click to view).

6) Whether you require numbers, names or initials on each of the items.

Please also state:

A) The colours that are required, e.g. navy blue.

B) Where you would like them to be positioned, e.g. reverse of shirt.

C) The type of application required, e.g. embroidery, screen-printed, sublimation-printed or a Zapkam Pro Subli-Badge logo [sublimation printed logo with an embroidered outline].

D) If you have any special instructions, such as the height of the number needs to be 5cm and go above the Zapkam logo on the right breast of the shirt.

7) A typed list or a spreadsheet of sizes, stating the numbers, names or initials, which correspond to the sizes, in the following format:

Item 1 - Design ID 100000ZC00001NTW-FK-1-4

Slim-Fit Medium Adult - Number 2 - Name "WILLIAM" - Initials "WP"

Slim-Fit Medium Adult - Number 3 - Name "ROSS" - Initials "RH"

Etc.

If you write your names or initials in Title Case, CAPITAL CASE or lower case, we will follow the case that you have sent to us. If you have written your list in one case, do not assume that we will know what you want if you want it in another case!

There are some exceptions such as the Zapkam Pro font, where all names will be in CAPITAL CASE, but please check if you consider it to be important.

Please DO NOT send us a picture of a piece of paper with a list of sizes on it. If the list is not typed, we will not be able to process the order.

Each size must state whether it is a youth (formerly boys'), adult (formerly men's), ladies’, slim-fit youth or slim-fit adult size.

Don't worry, we always send you a specification sheet after raising an order, which you will need to check over and approve your specification sheet BEFORE we can start manufacturing your order.
