Orders containing custom made items will not be put into production until they have been paid for in full and the specifications on our order sheet have been approved. You will receive another e-mail with instructions on how to approve your order, if you have not already done so online.

Orders containing only stocked items will not be dispatched until they have been paid for in full.

If your order is not paid for within 28 days from the date the order was created (i.e. by {tblorder.orderexpires}), your order will be deleted from our system and pricing may have subsequently changed.
