Further to our conversation, I have outlined the information needed to setup an online club shop.

Although we may already have some of the following information on file for you, we recommend sending all of the points below along with any special instructions, so that we can ensure best accuracy.

1) Your full contact details, i.e. first name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, full billing address and full delivery address.

2) A list of the items required on the club shop, clearly stating the design ID or the order ID that the items were ordered in.

Please make sure that you also list the colours required for each of the items.

For example, we have 4 shades of blue. If you have selected 'royal blue' on the kit designer, but in actual fact require 'sky blue', it will be manufactured as per your design, unless you specify otherwise so that we can amend the design created!

3) Whether you require a specific type of material for the product, e.g. a polo shirt has 3 different material options.

Be sure to specify the material type and weight, e.g. Polyester Coolmax 140gsm.

4) Artwork for the club logo(s) and/or sponsor logo(s) required, in the format outlined in our How to Send Your Artwork' document (click to view).

5) Whether you require numbers, names or initials on each of the items.

Please also state:

A) The colours that are required, e.g. navy blue.

B) Where you would like them to be positioned, e.g. reverse of shirt.

C) The type of application required, e.g. embroidery, screen-printed, sublimation-printed or a sublimation logo [with embroidered outline].

D) If you have any special instructions, such as the height of the number needs to be 5cm and go above the Zapkam logo on the right breast of the shirt.

On average, club shops take 3-5 working days to setup from the date that we have received all required information.

You may receive a quotation for the items that we are putting live before the club shop goes live.

Important notice: Club shops are currently not a service the we charge for and as such, they may be refused or taken offline at our discretion. This is the case for clubs that do not order a large quantity of items, in which case it may be deemed uncommercial to set-up and/or maintain.
