As it stands, you have not had size samples for all sizes in your order.

Our items are custom made, so waiting an extra couple of days to use our size sample service to ensure you are ordering the right size is a small price to pay at this stage.

As they will be branded with your logos and custom made to your design – these items are not exchangeable or refundable, if ordered in the wrong size.

If they are not checked and the players or members have ordered the wrong sizes, then in 4-5 weeks time, these members of your organisation will be moaning at you and the only resolution will be to make them again in the right size at your/their cost.

Many customers / members do not understand that every brand’s sizing is different; so this policy of requiring customers to have size samples is in place as a result of many years' experience.

The 'size sample' service is free [subject to the items being returned], as we want you and the members to be happy with their new kit – which may not be the case if they have not actually tried the garments on.
