You place an order through our website, over the telephone or via email.

If you placed the order online through the online kit designer or on a club shop then you will be notified to approve your order before you have paid for or saved your order.

If you have placed the order over the telephone or via email then you will receive an email from us directing you to our website.
Once you login you will see a pop-up. Click on the blue 'Approve order' button.
If you are already logged in, please log out and log back in again to see this popup.
Don’t worry you will get a chance to view your order before approving it!

Check through your order sheet thoroughly to make sure all the specifications are correct, then click 'Approve Order'.

Sign your name in the box, then click 'Confirm Signature'. Your order has now been approved.
