Registering an Account
1. To place an order through your club shop, you will need to register an account on the Zapkam website. This is free and easy to do.
Simply go to the https://www.zapkam.com/login/ page and click 'Register' or login to your account, if you have ordered before.

2. Once you have created an account, please search for your club shop on our club shop page:

If your club name is Stonehouse Town FC, search for the first 3 letters, e.g. STO.
3. Click on the correct club logo and then navigate to the items that you wish to order.
4. If you would like to order more than 1 of the same item, please watch the 'How to Order Multiple Items - Club Shop' video, which is below this question on this page.
5. Then checkout as you would do on any normal online shopping site.
6. You will need to approve the sizes and any personalisation on the items that you are ordering, as part of the checkout process:
Orders cannot be amended once they have been paid for and approved.

You can pay for your order via credit card, debit card or bank transfer.
If you would like to pay via bank transfer, you will be e-mailed an invoice with payment instructions at the bottom of the invoice once an order is saved on our system.
Please note that we only accept payment via credit or debit card for refundable size sample orders. Size sample orders paid for via bank transfer or cheque will not be refunded.
We do not accept payment via cheque or cash.
Within 28 days of receiving them to qualify for a refund.
Size samples returned after this period will not qualify for a refund.
We have invested substantially in state of the art technology, which allows us to start digitally printing your order, within a few hours of your order being paid for and approved.
This means that we cannot add to an order, if it has already paid for and approved, even if it was only placed a few hours ago.
Fortunately, we do not have a minimum re-order, so we can raise a new order for as few as 1 item in the vast majority of our product range.
Your options are:
1) We can hold up your original order until the new order is ready and send the two orders together. This will save on paying postage twice.
2) The two separate orders are sent when they are ready. This will mean that you will pay postage twice, but neither order will be held up.
Please let us know which option you would prefer by contacting us.
