Payment Methods

Our bank details changed for bank transfers and BACS payments, as of 8th August 2016

Zapkam Limited’s preferred method of payment is via bank transfer or debit card, as it means that we can start production of your order much more quickly than a traditional cheque.

BACS or Bank Transfer:

Please contact us via e-mail to request our bank details for bank details:

Please make sure that a BACS or bank transfer is followed up with a remittance advice (i.e. a notice that the payment has been made by BACS or bank transfer, e.g. by email).

 

Please note that size samples must be paid for by credit or debit card and should not be paid for by BACS or bank transfer.

Please note that we do not accept cheques.

The easiest way of paying for your order is to login online and click on the blue ‘Pay for order’ button on the pop-up shown.

Orders with a value exceeding £100.00, paid for by credit card, may be subject to a credit check at our discretion, due to an increased level of chargeback fraud.
